Counterpoint offers specialist configuration and networking services for music & media systems, covering both Microsoft and Apple platforms. For schools running dual platforms the company is experienced in providing robust cross, platform (Mac/Win) integration.

Below are some of our most popular servicing and support packages. Custom packages are also available to suit your particular requirements.

Ad Hoc Remote & Telephone Support

The Ad Hoc Remote and Telephone Support service provides a virtual expert to support local IT or AV engineers in resolving issues. Our engineers can use remote access tools to view computer systems and to diagnose and resolve issues. This service is chargeable by the hour, half-day or full day.

Onsite Servicing & Reconfiguration

Some support issues require a more extensive servicing package. Examples would be:

  1. The full servicing of a recording studio including cabling and tie lines.
  2. The complete reconfiguration of a networked PC suite where there are proving to be some critical and intractable issues.
  3. The reconfiguration of a Mac Suite to properly integrate with the schools primary AD network.
  4. The full servicing of a keyboard lab including cabling.

In these situations our consultants would provide a tailored proposal for your specific system and performance requirements.

Support Vouchers

Counterpoint offer a range of engineering services via pre purchased vouchers. Our vouchers are for all levels of engineers at discounted rates with the added benefit of a priority Service Level Agreement (SLA) over purely Ad Hoc requests.
